Cell doors & prison doors

Composite steel cell door sets manufactured to UK home Office Standards for HM Prison establishments, supplied with standard viewing window, inundation point and anti-barricade lock assembly

C&R Doors (control and restraint)

Composite C & R door sets manufactured to UK home Office Standards for HM Prison services, supplied with optional windows in 36mm bullet proof glass, 11.5mm anti-bandit glass or polycarbonate. Standard pivot parts for monitored door assemblies with electric locks and interrupter discs for interlock systems.

Glazed Security Screens

Glazed screen assemblies, full height steel frame security screens with perimeter steel frame and pressed steel mid rail. Designed with concealed anti tamper fixings the framework anchored to the floor, head and jambs. The top viewing section is glazed with optional 11.5mm anti bandit or 36mm bullet proof glass. The base panel is optional glass to suit the top panel or replaced with a solid steel plate assembly. A full height matching C&R door and be fixed to the screen configuration, this door comes complete with electric lock and interlock facilities.

Grille Gates

Single and double grille gate assemblies manufactured to Home Office Standards, the grille gate assembly is fabricated from a 65x12 flat bar matrix with 30mm diameter vertical solid bars passing through the horizontal members at 150mm centres. This fully welded construction is complete with Chubb 3G112 lock case. The base and top pivots are machined from 30mm solid bar and manufactured to HMP Standards.

Sliding Roof Grille

Steel sliding roof grillage to Home Office Standards, Grille matrix fabricated from 50x10mm flat bar and 30 diameter solid bars. The grille panel runs on 100mm diameter solid cast iron wheels over a steel track assembly fabricated from double angle and flat bars. Chubb Lock case welded into the grille matrix.

Detention doors

Steel composite construction, 2mm thick CR4 plates to both faces wrapped around a steel box section matrix. Internal thermal/acoustic core and rebated to suit the clients locking requirements. Heavy duty piano hinge assembly welded to the door leaf and fixed onto the steel frame jambs, supplied with anti tamper structural anchors. Optional viewing panel with steel grid, leg shackle hatch lower lever and hand shackle/food hatch to mid level.

Mesh cell doors

Single grille gate assemblies fabricated from a 60x10 flat bar matrix with 25mm diameter vertical solid bars passing through the horizontal members at 125mm centres. A fully welded construction complete with external expanded metal skin welded to the gate matrix. Optional, leg shackle hatches to the lower level and hand shackle/food hatch to the mid level. The base and top pivots are machined from 30mm solid bar and manufactured to HMP Standards .

Security grillage

Fixed grille panel assemblies manufactured to Home Office Standards, the grillage assembly is fabricated from a 65x12 flat bar matrix with 30mm diameter vertical solid bars passing through the horizontal members at 150mm centres. This fully welded structure is supported by intermediate structural members to form a screen grillage or caged structure with optional roof.
